Mr Puan displayed his entrepreneurial skills in several successful ventures ranging from consulting to handling mergers and acquisitions to managing toll privatisations in USA, Malaysia and China. Convinced of the opportunities of wireless networking technology convergence, Mr Puan founded Green Packet in the Silicon Valley of California in 1999 to boldly forge a head in the wireless world to develop products to provide a seamless and universal platform for the delivery of user-centric multimedia communication and services regardless of the nature and availability of the backbone infrastructure. These products provide mobile users with the ability and choice to form instant and private peer to multi peer networking communities and to stay securely connected across wireless infrastructures.

Today Green Packet is listed on the MESDAQ and has its head office in Malaysia with offices in USA, China and Taiwan. Already, it counts China Telecom, Maxis Communications, the Lenovo Group, BenQ, Panasonic, Joyo.com, and Intel China as its customers.

With several breakthrough technology products to its name, Green Packet and Mr Puan have received many accolades, including being recognised as one of the "Top 10 Mobile Technology Companies to Watch For" by leading industry publications in the US. @ Sept 05

With a keen interest in science and mathematics, Mr Goh Peng Ooi was offered a Mombusho Scholarship to study nuclear physics in Japan.

He graduated in 1980 from the prestigious University of Tokyo with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics. Upon his graduation, Mr Goh started his career with IBM. He was a sterling performer, receiving numerous recognitions from IBM for his many outstanding accomplishments.

In June 1989, Mr Goh decided to venture out to set up his own software development company, Silverlake System. With an excellent advanced state of the art banking solution offering and with Mr Goh's persistence and determination, Silverlake quickly secured several local banking clients. Soon, Silverlake clinched contracts with large regional banks in Singapore and Indonesia. After a successful five year career with an established multinational corporation, Mr Chu Jenn Weng co-founded ViTrox Technologies with two partners, Mr Siaw Kok Tong and Mr Yeoh Shih Hoong in year 2000.
