While acquiring a Masters Degree in Music in the US,
Mr Christopher Chan pursued his other passion, studying, teaching and developing IT technology.
Upon his return to Malaysia in 1996, Mr Chan founded The Media Shoppe and commenced operations
developing and marketing software and network systems.
A visionary with a keen pioneering spirit, he strategically engineered
TMS to be a formidable technology partner, guiding and enabling
companies in their IT endeavours. TMS can now boast numerous e-solutions
in its stable and streams of accolades for its tmsPUBLISHER which
bear testament to years of ‘listening to customers’.
The Company expanded the commercialisation of its product offerings
by establishing a wide network of distributors and partners all
over the world. Already an MSC Company, more exciting times are
ahead as the Company now prepares for public listing on the MESDAQ.
Mr Chan heads a group of local ‘technopreneurs’ in supporting
new entrants, helping the disabled and promoting entrepreneurship
in universities. He spends his free time playing with his band,

Mr Kenneth Vun, at the age of 18,
chose to forsake the path of university education, for a decided head start to
become a major player in the IT industry. He was a high achiever in a
computer-retailing company before venturing into his own outfit in 1994 engaging
in the manufacturing and marketing computers and IT systems.
Through cost effective manufacturing techniques and supplies, Mr Vun made computers
affordable to a wider market locally and internationally. Believing in continuous
investment in research and development, the Company also boasts of having successfully
developed innovative software applications such as One ServerTM and SmartEyesTM.
During the way he garnered some of the most prestigious IT certificates and awards,
including for top sales of Intel chips for 3 consecutive years in Malaysia.
At barely 30, Mr Vun steered FTEC into a MESDAQ-listed group with the
latest turnover exceeding the RM100million mark. Poised for greater
heights, the Group has formed international alliances to share technological
expertise and recently acquired the rights to launch online gaming

A Mechanical Engineer by training,
Mr Mark Chang founded JobStreet.com in 1995. He created the site primarily to help
Malaysian students overseas stay connected with family and local news, music and the
job scene. In 2001, JobStreet.com began its global expansion when it established a
strategic alliance with Australia’s largest online recruitment company,
followed rapidly with similar North American and Chinese alliances.
Today it has a 17,000 strong client-base including multinationals and 3 million
jobseekers in Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and India, making it one of the leading
online recruitment companies in Asia. JobStreet.com’s internally developed
recruitment software, SiVA and portal have been bestowed numerous prestigious local
and international awards and recognition. Significantly, JobStreet.com is the only
online recruitment company in Asia with TRUSTe privacy certification. JobStreet.com is
now enroute to a MESDAQ listing.
Mr Chang spearheads efforts to help the Penang State Government increase
the competitiveness of locally based software companies. He has
initiated numerous community service projects, including projects
for employment of the disabled and Missing Persons Project in partnership
