Y
Bhg Dato Hazimah Zainuddin is the current Chairman of Federation of Women
Entrepreneur Association of Malaysia (FEM) and a Board Member of Malaysia External
Trade Development Corporation (Matrade). Besides this, Y Bhg Dato Hazimah
Zainuddin is also the President of Persatuan Wanita Bumiputra Dalam Perniagaan
& Profesyen Malaysia (Peniagawati) and is actively involved with the National
Association of Women Entrepreneur of Malaysia (NAWEM). Through her social work
and with the many interviews and talks that she gives each year, many budding
entrepreneurs, of both genders, having been inspired to venture into the business
world. Y Bhg Dato Hazimah Zainuddin is the Founder and Managing
Director of Hyrax Oil Sdn Bhd which designs and develops top quality and high
performance automotive, industrial and specialty lubricants and other petroleum
derivatives. Hyrax Oil exports to many countries including to Australia, New Zealand
and several countries in Africa, and the Middle East. Y Bhg Dato Hazimah
Zainuddin also sits on the Board of Scientex Incorporated Berhad as a nominee
for Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB). Over the years, Y Bhg Dato
Hazimah Zainuddin has received numerous accolades for her contributions and achievements
including the Ernst & Young Woman Entrepreneur Of The Year Malaysia 2002. @ Sept

Ridzal bin Mohd Sheriff is the Head of Group of Business Development with Bursa
Malaysia Berhad. A graduate of University of London with LLB (Hons),
En Mohd Ridzal, is also a licensed Dealers Representative and a licensed Futures
Brokers' Representative. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Bursa
Derivatives from 1997 to 2000 and Bursa Derivatives Clearing from 1998 to 2000.
He held various key positions within the Bursa Malaysia group including Chief
Executive Officer of Bursa Derivatives Clearing, General Manager of Bursa Securities
Clearing and General Manager of Bursa Depository, Head of Clearing, Settlement

Dr Wilson Tay is the Vice President of the Multimedia Development Corporation
(MDC) and Head of the MSC Technopreneur Development Flagship responsible for the
national development of technopreneurs and growth of ICT Small and Medium Enterprises
into Multimedia Super Corridor Global companies. He has worked as an
Educator, Chartered Accountant & Chartered Secretary, Management Consultant, Corporate
Chief Executive and Entrepreneur over a career period spanning more than twenty-eight
years in Malaysia and Australia. Prior to joining MDC, Dr. Wilson was
the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Knowledge Officer of The Media Shoppe Sdn
Bhd and before that he was the Chief Executive Officer of TEC Asia Centre Sdn
Bhd, an international partner for the TEC International CEOs programs in Malaysia
and Asia. In Australia, he held key management positions as Executive
Director of the State Art Gallery of WA, Commercial Manager of Dampier Salt Limited,
Regional Manager of CRA Services Limited, University Auditor of Murdoch University

of exporting Made-in-Malaysia gloves to every corner of the world. In a little
over 14 years, under Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Dr. Lim's visionary leadership, the Group
now has 11 manufacturing plants in Malaysia, Thailand and China, producing more
than 15 billion pieces of gloves annually, exports to 160 countries worldwide
and holds the enviable position of being the world's Number 1 disposable gloves
manufacturer. With a focused direction and driven by strong teamwork,
Top Glove Corporation has been achieving a healthy 40% compounded average annual
growth for the past 10 years and intends to capture 25 % of the world market in
2007 from its current world market share of about 15%. Y. Bhg. Tan Sri
Dr. Lim served as President of the Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers' Association
(MARGMA) from 1997-99, and in 1998-99 he was the Director of the Association of
Malaysia Medical Industries (AMMI). In recognition of his impressive
achievements and proven track record, Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Dr. Lim was named the Ernst
& Young Entrepreneur Of The Year for 2004 for Malaysia and represented the country

En Azam
Aris is the Group Executive Editor of The Edge and Nexnews Bhd, publisher for
The Sun, The Edge Financial Daily, Personal Money, Haven and Off The Edge.
En Azam has been in journalism for 20 years. A graduate of Mass Communications,
majoring in journalism, from University Teknologi Mara, he started his career
with the New Straits Times Group in 1985. He spent nine years as a journalist,
specialist writer and assistant news editor with the Business Times covering local
and international business, economics and political events. He also specialised
in the reporting of timber and oil and gas industries. In July 1994
he joined The Edge as a writer and was among the pioneer editorial staff. Prior
to his current appointment, En Azam was the Associate Editor and Managing Editor

En Mangsor
Saad, is the current Deputy Secretary General (Entrepreneur) of the Ministry of
Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development. Equipped with a Masters degree
in Business Administration, Mr. Mangsor served 30 years in public service in various
capacities in the government sector, including holding positions such as Director
of the ASEAN Economic Cooperation Division, Ministry of International Trade and
Industry (MITI) as well as the Chief Executive Officer of the Small and Medium
Industries Development Corporation (SMIDEC), an agency under MITI. During his
stint as a Director of the ASEAN Economic Cooperation Division, he was actively
engaged in international level negotiations and meetings involving works in APEC,
ASEM and ASEAN and ASEAN+3. En Mangsor represented Malaysia as Chairman in various
Committees, including AFTA(CEPT) and SME Committees during that period.
En Mangsor had also participated in various international programmes including
at Toyota, Japan and Nomura Advanced School of Management, Tokyo; the Industrial
Development and Systemic Competitiveness Study in Berlin Germany, and the Executive
Economic Policy Programme at Stanford University, USA. En Mangsor received
several awards for his long and excellent services rendered to the public. @ Sept
